2026 Site Rates

Full hookup (weekend rates) Fri and Sat per night: includes water, electric, sewage, AC/heater, and cable TV at available sites. $75.00 (Spring/Fall Rates $60.00)

Full hookup (weekday rates) Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed & Thurs per night: includes water, electric, sewage, AC/heater, and cable TV at available sites. $55.00 (Spring/Fall Rates $50.00)

Tent Sites (when available) $40.00

Holiday Rates (per night) 3 night minimum includes: Memorial Weekend, July 4th Weekend and Labor Day Weekend $80.00

$140.00 per night. Park Model is fully self-contained and sleeps 4. Full kitchen, dishes for 4 people, microwave, full bath. The unit is a smoke free trailer, no pets allowed.

Rental Trailer #141

$160.00 per night. Park Model is fully self-contained and sleeps 7. Full kitchen, microwave, full bath. The unit is a smoke free trailer, no pets allowed.

Lakefront Log Cabin #6

$140.00 per night. Sleeps 4. Full amenities, including full bathroom, kitchen, TV, and air conditioning. (Please bring your own linens) This cabin is a smoke free cabin. No pets allowed.

$140.00 per night. Sleeps 4. Full amenities. The unit is a smoke free trailer, no pets allowed. Bring your own linens. (Rental Trailer #1 has no heat)

Camping Cabins #3, #4, #9, #10, #11, #12, #14 & #15

$70.00 per night. Four of these cabins are handicap accessible. Sleeps 4-6 Secluded woodland sites or sunny open sites. Bring your own linens. Pets allowed.

Camping Cabin #7

$95.00 per night. A rustic cabin with a half bath. Roomy enough to sleep 4 with plenty of space left over for sleeping bags. Electricity and A/C is included. This cabin is a smoke free cabin. Bring your own linens.

A security deposit is required at check-in for all rentals.

PRIVATE OWNED GOLF CARTS
Must be REGISTERED and INSURED

For reasons of fire safety and electrical capacity, please don't cook inside cabins.

Linens are to be provided by the camper.

Children under 5 stay free, under 18 years $5.00 each, additional adults $10.00 each.

Must be 21 Years old to rent sites and rental units.

Reservation Cancellation & Refund Policy: $10.00 service charge on all canceled reservations. No refunds on reservations cancelled within 5 days prior to your arrival date - 10 days notice required on holiday weekends.

Rentals have a 2 night minimum (3 night minimum for holiday weekends)

Rental prices are subject to 6% PA Sales Tax and a 5% Hotel Tax.

Check out time for cabins and rentals - 12:00 p.m. Check out time for sites - 3:00 p.m.
Check in time for all - 4:00 p.m.
